Who operates this shop
This website and its shop are operated by Tarique Dublin under the Dublin Publishing name. Young LIT Stars is the publisher of Montserrat ABC but is not presented as the legal seller.
The standard shop product is one paperback copy of Montserrat ABC by Amahria Dublin, priced at £10.00 plus the delivery option selected at checkout. Collection has no delivery charge. The full total is shown before the customer continues to payment.
Standard online checkout is limited to one copy. Schools, libraries, community groups and customers requiring two or more copies should use the Schools and Bulk Orders page for a quotation.
Ordering, payment and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Payment is completed on SumUp's secure hosted checkout; this website does not receive or store full payment-card details. A contract is formed only when SumUp reports the payment as successful and the website displays a paid order confirmation.
A pending, failed, expired or abandoned payment does not create a confirmed order. If the payment screen is unclear, keep the SumUp receipt or payment information and contact us before trying again. If we cannot accept a paid order because stock is unavailable or for another material reason, we will contact the customer and issue a refund through the original payment method.
Age and customer information
Orders must be placed by someone aged 18 or over. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery information. All customer contact and commercial activity is adult managed; children should ask a parent or guardian to contact us on their behalf.
Delivery and collection
UK delivery
One-book delivery options are UK Second Class at £2.95 and UK First Class at £4.50. We normally aim to dispatch within three working days after payment confirmation. Carrier delivery aims are estimates, not guarantees. Unless a different period is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order.
Contact us with the order reference if the parcel has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, or if the address supplied needs urgent correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
Collection
Collection is free and arranged by the adult-managed team. We will normally contact the customer within three working days after payment to agree a suitable time. The private collection location and instructions are supplied only to the customer. Bring the order reference when collecting.
Orders outside the standard checkout
The standard online checkout currently accepts UK delivery addresses only. Overseas orders and orders of two or more copies require an individual quotation before payment.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancelling before dispatch
Email info@dublinpublishing.co.uk as soon as possible with the order reference. If the order has not been dispatched, we will try to stop it and refund the payment. If it has already been dispatched, the change-of-mind return process below applies.
Changing your mind
For an online order, you may cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the book. After notifying us, return the book within a further 14 days.
Email a clear cancellation statement and the order reference to info@dublinpublishing.co.uk. You may use the cancellation wording below, but it is not compulsory:
I am cancelling my contract for the purchase of Montserrat ABC. My order reference is [reference]. The book was received on [date]. My name and address are [details].
Returning the book
Please obtain proof of postage and send authorised returns securely packaged to:
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return postage. The book may be inspected as it would be in a shop. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond that necessary to inspect the book has reduced its value.
Refunds
For a valid change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund the book price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra amount paid for First Class delivery is not refundable. The refund will be made through the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned book, or after the customer provides evidence that it has been sent back if that is earlier.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect books
If a book is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what was ordered, email us with the order reference and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us resolve delivery damage quickly but do not remove the customer's statutory rights. We will provide the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy and cover reasonable return costs where the book is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Controller and contact
Tarique Dublin, operating this website under the Dublin Publishing name, is the data controller for order and enquiry information collected for this shop.
Depending on the customer's request, we may use their name, email address, optional telephone number, delivery address, delivery or collection choice, order reference, payment status, order value, fulfilment information and communications about enquiries, orders, delivery, returns, refunds or complaints.
The website contact and bulk-order forms prepare an email in the customer's own email application and do not store the form details on this website. SumUp handles payment-card information on its own hosted checkout. We receive the payment and transaction status needed to manage the order, not the customer's full card number.
Purposes and lawful bases
To respond to pre-sale enquiries, take payment, fulfil orders, arrange delivery or collection, and manage returns and refunds: necessary to take steps at the customer's request and perform the sales contract.
To keep accounting, tax, payment and consumer-law records: necessary to comply with legal obligations.
To provide customer service, prevent fraud, protect the website, resolve disputes and establish or defend legal claims: our legitimate interests in operating a secure and accountable shop.
We do not use order or enquiry details for promotional email or automated marketing, and we do not make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on customers.
Who receives information
Information is shared only where necessary with SumUp and the organisations involved in payment processing, our website hosting and database infrastructure providers, the postal or delivery provider, email service providers, professional advisers, and regulators or public authorities where required by law.
SumUp acts under its own privacy information for payment processing. Customers can read the SumUp privacy policy.
International transfers
Some technology and payment providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, the provider must use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards. Further information about relevant safeguards is available on request.
How long information is kept
Completed order, payment, refund and accounting records are kept for up to six years after the end of the relevant financial year where needed for tax, accounting, contractual or legal purposes. Enquiry correspondence is normally kept for up to 12 months after the enquiry is resolved. Failed or incomplete checkout records are kept only while needed to resolve payment queries, prevent fraud or maintain service security, then deleted or anonymised. Information needed for a dispute or legal claim may be retained until that matter is concluded.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, individuals may have rights to access, correct or erase their information; restrict its use; receive portable data; or object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise a right, email info@dublinpublishing.co.uk. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.
Your right to object: you may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or the information is needed for legal claims.
The website promotes a children's book, but its ordering and commercial contact services are intended for adults. Children should not submit an order or personal information themselves. Do not send Amahria's private contact details, school, routine, location or personal social-media information.
We use access controls and other appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect order information. No internet service is completely risk-free, so customers should not send sensitive or unnecessary information through email or website forms.
Cookie policy
This website does not currently use advertising, behavioural tracking or optional analytics cookies. Its hosting and security infrastructure may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to deliver pages, balance traffic, prevent abuse and protect the service. These essential technologies cannot be switched off through a cookie preference panel because they are required to provide the service requested by the visitor.
The order journey sends the customer to SumUp's separate hosted checkout. Cookies and similar technologies used there are controlled by SumUp and explained in SumUp's privacy and cookie information.
If optional analytics, marketing or embedded services are added to this website later, this policy will be updated and an appropriate consent choice will be presented before any non-essential cookies are set.
